A legal disclaimer

The designs, concepts, and artworks created by Kaden Mont are original works and are protected under intellectual property and copyright laws. All preliminary designs, sketches, and drafts remain the property of Kaden Mont until full payment has been received and the final design is approved by the client.

 

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final approved design for agreed-upon purposes. These rights do not include resale or modification of the design by third parties without prior written consent from Kaden Mont.

 

Kaden Mont retains the right to display all work created — including drafts and final designs — in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless the client requests in writing that the work remains private.

 

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided (e.g., images, text, slogans, trademarks) is owned by them or properly licensed for use. Kaden Mont is not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements resulting from client-supplied materials.

 

All designs are provided "as-is." Kaden Mont makes no guarantees as to the marketing or business performance of any design work provided.

Graphic & Logo Design Policy

1. Project Scope
This agreement covers custom graphic and/or logo design services as discussed and agreed upon between the Designer and Client. Deliverables include initial concepts and finalized designs in agreed formats (e.g., PNG, PDF, AI, etc.).

 

2. Revisions

  • The design package includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions after the initial concept is presented.

  • Revisions may include adjustments to layout, color, font, or minor content changes.

  • Major redesigns or additional revisions beyond the two included rounds will incur an additional fee, quoted and agreed upon prior to the work being completed.

3. Approval Process

  • After each revision, the client will have the opportunity to provide feedback.

  • Final approval is required before delivery of the finished files.

  • Once final approval is given and files are delivered, further edits will require a new agreement or an hourly rate.

4. Timeline

  • Timelines will be mutually agreed upon at the start of the project.

5. Payment Terms​

  • Final payment is due upon completion, before delivery of final files.

6. Ownership & Rights

  • Upon final payment, the client will receive full rights to the final approved design.

  • The Designer retains the right to display work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
